Baretta was imported from germany as an 8 week old puppy. She has fulfilled our expectations and has proven herself as an excellent producer. She was a dream to train and work with, passing her NAVHDA NA at 5.5 months of age with a score of 112. She passed her german tests with prize I’s, perfect scores. She has also proven that she is an excellent bird dog, achieving her AKC MH title in short order. She is AKC show pointed with both of her major wins out of the way, needing only 4 single points to finish. She is one of the finest grouse dogs that we have hunted behind, being able to locate and point grouse from great distances and in any cover.
